As a Life Choreographer, Lora is the creator of 'FLAUNT'! and Find Your Sparkle coaching programs, workshops, and destination retreats. She has worked with women worldwide to provide practical, research-based tools that enable them to become happy, healthy, and burnout-free. As her alter ego, Chakra Tease, she has performed all over the United States, including Las Vegas, New Orleans, Los Angeles, and Hawaii.
Integrating her unique identities as an attorney, hypnotherapist, and aficionado all things dance and fitness related, Lora is beloved by women for her ability to show them how to playfully release limiting beliefs and integrate their beauty, brains, and beliefs into everything that they do. Her insightful coaching allows women to identify and reveal the lost, covered-up pieces of their identity so they can accept themselves as they are, not as they think they should be.
A lover of the outdoors, she lives in Colorado with her husband and has two amazing sons.
