Our Guest Expert; "Aimee Bernstein"!



Aimee Bernstein, President of Open Mind Adventures, is a senior level change accelerator, specializing in breakthrough coaching , collaborative teams and cultures, and mindfulness-in-action training. She is a psychotherapist, keynote speaker and thought leader in the area of stress reduction. Her book, "Stress Less Achieve More: Simple Ways to Turn Pressure into a Positive Force in Your Life" (AMACOM 2015) guides busy leaders and their teams how to use pressure-- the energy of change-- to develop self-mastery, well-being and high performance.

The book is available in English, Arabic and Mandarin. It was voted one of seventeen inspiring books to read this past summer by Thrive Global..
Aimee teaches an inner map and embodied practices that can be used any time and within any activity to prevent stress and use pressure- the energy of change- to turbo-charge performance, creativity, and well-being while raising states of consciousness.. Her mindfulness-in-action work is based on a blend of the energy principles and practices of aikido, meditative practices, neuroscience, and psychology.

She has brought her mindfulness-in action training to leaders in such companies as Chanel, Novartis Latin America, Colgate Palmolive Company, MasterCard,and EA Sports  as well as to numerous nonprofit organizations. She is now turning her work into an online training program so everyone who is interested has access to it.
Aimee received her graduate degree in counseling psychology from Boston University and interned at Massachusetts General Hospital under the auspices of Harvard Medical School.  She has been listed in Who’s Who in American Women.
