Good
morning, good evening and goodnight to all you who are reading this
blog right now! This is your blogger and host "Lex', and I am very happy
to be with you all again for another Double Dose of the Real. In
today's segment we will be touching base on what are vibrations and what
can we do in order to allow ourselves to feel exactly what we were
meant to feel. I cannot speak for what the whole world may feel, but my
analogy of what I interpret as vibrations is the feeling that we give
off every moment either knowingly or unknowingly in most cases.
Vibration can be easily interpreted as many things, for instance; Moments of you having a great time with your past experiences or seeing people that you love splendor in deep happiness, getting something that makes you feel all kinds of greatness inside or even simply just being with the one's that you love dearly.

Vibrations can
be all kinds of ways given that come to you as you feel the peace of
anything that comes over you knowing that in all times everything is
okay exactly where it is, working out for you as well as getting better.
Being captured in that moment where you feel absolutely in harmony with
the wholeness of whom you are.
At the same time those vibrations could be you feeling not so good on a
gloomy day, or maybe you heard some disturbing news that made you upset,
maybe the recipe in the kitchen is not turning out right or the
children are not behaving for you. It can be interpreted into so many
aspects that we have to be aware of what our vibrations truly are that
we're giving off, constantly as the energy designed beings we have been
created to be. When we become aware of what our vibrations are and how
they are working constantly, we seem to try to grab them by the reigns
and seemingly trying adjust them all accordingly every moment of the
day. Which can be very difficult to do because life comes with problems
so that we may find out the greatest solutions to keep us perpetuating
and vividly moving forward, in order to keep the momentum going to
discover new things constantly unfolding.
What we can do so is accept where we are for that moment and find a way
in gradually letting it ease it's way out. To gravitate towards feeling
much better and after that is experienced as well as realized, then we
can also take small phases into being in a better vibration of happiness
within our original alignment. With each moment that we are given to
live on this earth, we need to make the best of every opportunity that
has been given for ourselves to personally experience all of life and
be happy with it on the inside so that the outside of our living
conditions displays our inner manifestations.
