Hey, it was a much needed post. Great article.It is a very genuine and real life concern for everyone. People love to live in comfort zones: as the name suggests because it is comfortable and who does not want and easy and comfortable life. But as you have rightly posted that it is not helping us in any way, moreover it is harming as.I too have many times slipped into the comfort zone and struggled to acquire happiness. Even in our daily lives we make small goals and we fail to achieve them because of comfort zones.True it actually strangles our being. We don't want to go the extra mile to achieve something greater and of blissful joy. Now I try not remaining in comfort zone but whenever I fear slipping there again I strive and take appropriate actions to come out of it. For this I monitor my thoughts actions and motives closely and the moment I realize that I am slipping away I make every effort to come out of comfort zone. Thank you again.
